Taste the spirit of Louisiana!!! Bayou® Rum is craft distilled from locally grown fresh Louisiana sugarcane. Our signature recipe uses local Louisiana sugar cane and molasses produced by the oldest family-owned and operated sugar mill in the United States. They then distill every batch by hand using copper pot stills and age it in bourbon and sherry casks. @bayourum
